AWARE Women's Health offers an Online Prescription Renewal service for our clients. So we can make sure that the medication is still right for you, please complete this quick and easy questionnaire, which you can send to us any time,
Please note that we are happy to provide prescriptions for medication when
1. Our doctors have prescribed the medication for you previously and
2. You have been seen at AWARE in the preceeding 12 months.
Once you have completed this questionnaire and choose to forward it to us, you will receive a request for payment of $39.00. The payment is for administration costs and your doctor's time to review your file, write the prescription and send it to you. When you use the link, please click once and wait, as it can take a minute for your information to load. When the link has succeeded, you will see a confirmatory message. The prescription will normally be sent to you electronically unless you request otherwise. You should receive the prescription within a week, unless your doctor is away or on leave.

You will only need an actual telehealth (phone or video) appointment with your doctor if they have any concerns after reviewing your information. For telehealth appointments usual charges apply. You will be informed of the fees in advance and they also appear on our website.
